Hosted by Mike Biglan and Trevor Dilley of Twenty Ideas, Inc, the session unpacked how to move faster, collaborate better, and prototype smarter—all without cutting corners on quality or product thinking.

💡 Key Takeaways:

🔹 Coding Assistants = 5x Speed—But Context Is King
AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude can help write a week’s worth of code in a day—but only when paired with clear prompts, context, and testing. Founders who treat AI as a collaborator (not a crutch) see the best results.

🔹 Command Line Agents Are the Next Leap
Next-gen tools like Amazon Q and local CLI agents are shifting from autocomplete to project orchestration. These tools help developers test, deploy, and scale faster—unlocking real productivity at the command line.

🔹 Don’t Skip Human Insight in UX & Testing
AI can scaffold UI and generate tests, but it can't replace good product thinking. Mike and Trevor emphasized the need for clear user stories, iterative design, and clean code—even when moving fast.

🔹 Good Documentation = Better AI Output
Well-structured documentation gives AI tools the input they need to perform. Founders should prioritize writing clear requirements, documenting edge cases, and annotating code to avoid misfires and rework.

🔹 Build Team Culture Around AI
The best-performing teams aren't just tool-savvy—they build cultures of experimentation, learning, and async collaboration. Investing in internal processes is just as important as choosing the right tools.

🔹 AI Is Speed—But Shipping Still Takes Vision
AI can help you move faster, but it won’t replace deep customer insight, good strategy, or product-market fit. As Mike put it: “Just because you can build it faster doesn’t mean it’s done.”
