(Women-only event)
Part of a series: Health, AI, Longevity & the Juggle — conversations on ambition, health, and building a life (and body) that lasts
How do you build something big without burning out your body and mind in the process? Founders are expected to move faster, do more, and constantly raise the bar. But what does sustainable ambition actually look like?
Is AI truly giving founders back time — or simply creating new expectations for how much we should accomplish?
This is not a sit-and-listen night. Five women building in health, AI, and longevity will answer one honest question: when did your ambition and your health collide?
And this isn't just about hearing their stories — come ready to engage, not just listen. You'll leave with something of your own, and real connections with women you actually talked to, not just scanned.
Join us for an honest evening about building ambitious companies without sacrificing your health, energy, or well-being. We'll explore sustainable ambition, the reality of founder burnout, and how to build for the long term without feeling like you have to choose between success and health.

Host, Women's Program Lead, FoundersBay:
Deborah Pandra
Deb Pandra is an executive operator who's spent her career being the only woman in the room — turning chaos into structure across engineering, product, and business. She leads the Women's Program at FoundersBay, building community and real visibility for women founders and funders across the Bay Area. Off the clock, she's juggling the same thing so many of us are: building a career, raising kids, staying present as a wife and partner, keeping a social life alive, and making room for the things that actually fill her soul. This past year, she's turned that same operator's mindset toward a new question — how to actually live a longer, healthier life while doing it all. Deb doesn't believe ambition and wellbeing have to be opposites, and that's exactly why she volunteers her time at FoundersBay — to help rise women up and make sure none of us have to figure this out alone.
Moderator:
Christina Blue
Christina Blue is a healthcare operator, executive advisor, and investor who has spent 25+ years building and running medical practices alongside her physician husband, Dr. Jeffrey Blue. Together they co-founded Body By Numbers, a metabolic health program, built on a simple idea that health you can measure is health you can manage. Through ChristinaBlue.ai and The AI Movement, she advises founders, physicians, and executive teams on AI, operations, and growth. A mom of two who knows the juggle firsthand, Christina moderates tonight's conversation with one question in mind: what does it actually take to build something big and stay well enough to enjoy it?
